KMA Capital Partners, Inc., a public company traded on PinkSheets, enters the renewable, alternative fuel industry.

The company will initiate operations in the biomass wood fuels business as a wholesaler of biomass wood products and is seeking supply contracts with domestic as well as international manufacturers. The company plans to develop a manufacturing operation of biomass wood fuels in early 2009, the first of several plant operations. These operations will be segregated in a division to be called KMA Fiber. KMA Capital has been working with current and future manufacturers, as well as raw material suppliers, in the New England marketplace to establish an integrated supply chain solution for raw materials for KMA Fiber's customers.

KMA Fiber

KMA Fiber will establish a pilot plant for the reduction of round pulp wood to clean biomass for fuel wood pellet manufacturers. The plant will come on line in the first quarter of 2009 with limited operations in the fourth 2008 quarter involving product brokerage. The plant components will be broken down into the following areas of operation:

KMA Fiber will also initiate a fuel wood (cordwood) operation in late 2008 that will process and inventory fuel wood for the 2009 thru 2010 heating season. It will package its fuel wood product in a unique format for ease of delivery and storage.

The company is developing a fixed as well as portable set of processing strategies to produce up to 3,000 cords. The company will process round wood into green and dry firewood for consumption in the local markets. The raw material for this operation will be drawn from the same sources as the bio-fuel products.

KMA Fiber will operate from a 15-acre complex in southern Maine as well as remote sites using its portable processing equipment. The site will consist of eight buildings for processing, product storage and packaging. The company will employ ten full time and six seasonal workers, equipment operators and truck drivers.
